ApexDock is proprietary software licensed by Gacnt Software Inc. A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the app on the number of Macs included with your tier.

Updates: every purchase includes 12 months of new versions. After 12 months your copy continues to run; new versions require a renewal.

You may not decompile, rehost, resell, or redistribute the software. Personal use only on the Solo tier; commercial use is permitted on Team and Business tiers.

The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gacnt Software Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Because every purchase includes a 7-day free trial, we do not offer refunds. The trial gives you the full app on your Mac so you can confirm it works for you before any charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the purchase is final — including for forgotten cancellations, unused subscriptions, accidental renewals, or change of mind.
