How does the 7-day trial work?
You enter and verify a card through Stripe (with 3-D Secure where your bank requires it), and we activate your license immediately. We don't charge anything during the trial. On day 7 we charge the card you saved; if it succeeds you get a normal 12-month update window. Cancel any time before day 7 from your account page and you're not charged.
What happens if my card is declined on day 7?
Your license is deactivated. You can come back, fix your card, and start a fresh trial. Devices you activated during the previous trial will need to re-activate.
What does "12 months of updates included" mean?
Your trial receives automatic updates just like a paid license. After your trial converts, the 12-month update window starts. After 12 months your copy keeps running forever; you just stop receiving new versions until you renew.
What does a renewal cost?
Solo $19/year, Team $49/year, Business $99/year, half the original price. Renewals are optional. Renew early and the new window starts when the current one expires; renew after lapse and it starts the day you renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support and we'll process it. After 14 days we evaluate case by case.
Is ApexDock on the Mac App Store?
No. ApexDock ships direct so we can update on our own schedule and avoid sandbox limitations on dock-class apps. Updates are delivered through the app itself, signed and notarized.
What macOS versions are supported?
macOS 26 (Tahoe) and later. ApexDock uses APIs that ship in 26 and we don't backport.
